Creating new good habits in your daily life and make your goal an overall lifestyle changes . Many exercise suggest for 30min -1 hour for per day in a week . It giving your body healthy and fit your body 1 day for rest your body . People who have breakfast to take more protein , vitamins , & minerals and less fat. eating fresh fruits in the morning it gives you full energized.

1. cook at home is better than processed food and junk food because processed food and junk food is not good for your health and they causes many diseases like {food poison }.
2. intake fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables , nuts , high rich in protein & fiber , vitamins , minerals that gives your body fit and healthy.
3. more intake of water at least 3-4L or 6-8 glass of water in a day that gives your body hydrates.
4. eating variety of protein that gives your body and muscles be strong . Protein is necessary for healthy lifestyle .
5. include fish once per week because fatty fish which have maximum amount of omega 3 and it is also beneficial for eyes .
6. less intake of salt to reduce blood pressure and insulin will be low .
7. more intake of sugar in your health it cause high blood sugar level , diabetes , heart diseases problem .Replace of sugar you take jaggery and honey is also good for your health.
8. Meditation and yoga is the best option for stay healthy and reduce stress also .
9. Strength exercise is important for balance , bone health , & controlling blood sugar & it is recommended 2-3/ week or per day .
10. Diet and intermittent fasting is the best sources of stay healthy & fit also .
