Health and fitness is much importance in today's time where both men and women harm and damage their body in several ways : smoking ,drinking , junk food ,without no workout exercise and sleeping late at night . Nowadays man is smart enough  to find a way to include fitness in your daily life . 

Healthy lifestyle is important for your health it can also help throughout  your life . Regular exercise , meditation , yoga  and healthy diet food are important to change and always stay healthy and fit . Meditation & Yoga  is the best way to fit your body .  If we stay healthy and maintain healthy diet  food , 

which are fresh fruits , green leafy vegetables , nuts , included high rich in fiber & protein , vitamins , carbohydrates , unsaturated fat and omega 3 fatty acid that gives your body healthy always .

       Exercise and physical activity improves sleep and edurance . Physical activity for 15 - 30 min per day  and break this in 3 reps. Healthy physical activity they are ; dancing , walking , jumping , running , sports , yoga  etc, or other activities also . Eat well balance , low diet food , fresh fruits , green vegetables , 

     and whole grains . Diets that's low in saturated fat and cholestrol  and  less intake of sugar , salt and total all fat . KETO diet and intermittent fasting is the best source of stay healthy and fit  also . Intermittent fasting  is also beneficial for  your health and give your fit . If you follow intermittent fasting properly 

    then you see the result very soon . In the intermittent fasting  involves  limiting your intake  of food and calories containing beverages to set of 8 hours per day, and rest of the 16 hours  you're still allowed to drink water , [like plain coffee or tea ] and other no calorie  beverages . Teenagers and adults should be physical active,  

  exercise , meditation , & yoga at least 60 min of everyday and it also maintain good posture of your body .

1. Fitness Diet :- maintain fitness diet with fresh fruits , green leafy vegetables , protein , vitamins & minerals , carbohydrates ,nuts , omega 3 fatty acid and avoid junk food, processed food & saturated and trans fat content .

2. Eat more often :- scientifically proven that smaller meals at 4 hours internals that would be for us . 

3. Physical Activities :- meditation , yoga , running , jogging, dance , walking , as few forms of physical activities  that help to maintain health & fitness .

4. Drink Water :- drinking water is one of the most important health & fitness . Intake enough water at least 3-4L of water  or 6 -7 glass of water  everyday to stay hydrated. More intake of water to keep all your organs are hydrated . Drinking plenty of water keep your  organ hydrates and skin will be glowing  also . Water maintain levels of our bodily fluids , hydrates our skin , and cleanses our system .

 5. Follow A Healthy Lifestyle  :- Here below some important tips towards a healthy lifestyle 

  * Avoid drinking ,

 * Avoid  smoking ,

 * Avoid junk foods , processed food , foods with high cholestrol , sugar , salt , saturated fat , and oil .

Smoke and drink   causes many health  problems they are heart attack , cancer . Smoking is dangerous 

for heart and it is not good for health  also . Smoking is also  harmful for skin . Smoking causes  a huge variety of health issues .

6. Don't Skip Meals :- you never skip your meals which is a  very bad habit . It ruins  metabolism cycle  and makes it more difficult to digest 

further meals . Meals play the important role of your body  that gives your body healthy , fit  and energetic  also . 

7. Don't Wait Till You Are Hungry :- Eat  before you feel the hunger because you tend to eat more than the required amount when you feel hungry .

8. Avoid Stress :- meditation and yoga are some activities that helps  you relax and try to maintain a balance between work and personal life . 

So always stay  calm & relax  and physical stress  , avoiding decrease of collagen they gives your skin glowing and healthy .
