During dieting there are many benefits of  health such as weight loss before returning to your previous eating habits . but in the lifestyle change consists of adopting healthy overall habits that promote long term weight control and control .Weight loss is concerned  a diet provides a temporary solution of and singular approach for long -term health issue . Diets are something that we can not maintain and its involves behavior patterns including  - eating breakfast regularly , exercises regularly for 1 hour per day .So, maintaining consistent eating patterns during the week and on weekends . keeping weight loss and eating a relatively low fat, low calorie diet.
