Setting goals is the first part, and creating new habits in your daily life and make your goal an overall lifestyle change . In every new year we take a resolution goals to get fit , eat better , or lose weight . 

              There are 7 ways to be healthy habits for a healthy life . If we intake or develop new healthy habits in your life it was very much effective to our body .Regular exercise is also good for healthy body .And regular physical activity and exercise is healthy and fit for our body . According to regular exercise helps to control weight , strength exercises is important for balance bone health , and also maintain healthy muscles , bones & joint and regular exercise is beneficial for high blood pressure risk , cancer , heart disease { heart attack } and diabetes .

Many exercise suggest 30 min - 1hr of exercise for per day in a week . it giving your body healthy and fit your body one day for rest your body . walking is also beneficial for your health . in early morning & evening is the best time for walking many people walking after dinner . After dinner walking is best for digestion food . Another new healthy habit is brushing your teeth twice a day. People who have breakfast to take more protein , vitamins & minerals and less fat . Eating fresh fruits in the morning it gives you full energized .

  1.  Cook at home is better than processed food because processed food is not good for your health and they many disease . 
  2.  Intake of healthy & fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables , nuts and protein fiber rich food ,vitamins , minerals that gives your body healthy and fit .
  3.  More intake of water at least  3-4 L in a day that gives your body hydrates  .
  4.  Eat variety of protein that gives your body and muscles be strong . Protein is necessary for healthy lifestyle . 
  5.  Include fish once per week because fatty fish which have maximum amount of omega -3 and it is beneficial for eyes also .
  6. Less intake of salt to reduce blood pressure and insulin will be low .

1. Work In More Whole Foods

 Eating more whole foods is one of the simplest ways to improve your health. Whole foods include fruits, vegetables, seeds, nuts, fish and whole grains, all of which offer nutrients that allow your body to function like as well-oiled machine. The more of these foods you are able to work into your diet, even if it’s a slow process, the better you will feel. Plus, that whole foods can lower your risk for stroke, diabetes, and heart disease.

2. Try to Sit Less

Simply look for ways to be more active in your day, such as taking an afternoon walk or stretching while you watch television. While it may seem small, you’ll find this will offer huge benefits over time!

3. Practice Daily Gratitude

 Reflecting on the good parts of your life can help you stay mindful and positive. An easy way to do this is by taking a moment each day to reflect on what you are grateful for in your life – it can be something as small as a day of nice weather. 

4. Get a Good Night’s Rest

Sleep is essential to health, especially as we age! According to the  those aged 65 and older should be getting no less than 7-8 hours of sleep per night to maintain peak wellness. 

  • Decrease screen time an hour before bed
  • Reduce light pollution – use low lights
  • Cut down on caffeine
  • Plan to get in bed at a reasonable hour

 Working in time for self-care can make a huge difference in how you feel – whether it’s taking a brisk walk in nature or attending your favorite weekly fitness class, make it a priority. 

6. Spend More Time Outdoors

Spending time outside is another simple goal that is beneficial no matter where you live, though we are admittedly lucky to live in a place as abundant with beautiful nature . Getting outside can help you lower blood pressure, relieve stress and elevate your mood. 

7. Cut Back on Alcohol

While alcohol in moderation isn’t detrimental to health, indulging too much or too often can impact your overall health and wellbeing. If you are looking to cut back on drinking, try limiting it to a reasonable schedule, such as only having a drink on the weekend or only having a glass of wine when you go out for dinner.
